Yes, Chad has a new girlfrend

I just thought I would share with you that Chad has a new girlfriend. Oh, yes he has had some girlfriends throughout the year, but this one is different. I see a new spring in his step and a new determination in his eye. Her name is Charlie (yes, that is her given name). She is an old friend of his. They met about 10 - 12 years ago in the acting group that Chad participated in as a kid. They have always been friends, but haven't really seen each other in a few years. Well, fate has brought them back together in this play (see last post). I remember Charlie as a cute, outgoing girl, but she sure has grown up into a beautiful young lady. They are very compatible and the best news is . . . her parents really like Chad!!!!! Yeah!!!! I don't have any pictures of them together yet, but here is a picture of her from the play website.

She actually attends a BYU ward where my brother, Mark, is in the Bishopric. She has the voice of an angel and performs a lot in plays and musical things. Even if she isn't "the one", I thank you all for all your prayers on his behalf. It is just so nice to see Chad happy again.

Chad Is In a Play!!

Chad is doing some acting again! We haven't been able to go to the show yet, but I found some pics online to show you what he is up to. He did this play once before when he was a teenager but as a different character. He is doing this under the same directors that he did last time - Howard and Kathrine Little.

Here is the really cool part. The girl in this picture with him is Charlie Little (the directors' daughter). She plays his fiance in this picture and in real life is his current girlfriend. They have to kiss in the play (which really challenges Chad's acting ability - NOT!!)

And They Lived Happily Ever After. . .

We have had so much fun sharing the pictures from Cory and Shay's Wedding. The night was beautiful! If you look through some of the pictures, you can see where Cory surely cherishes his new wife. They make a cute couple. We are all looking forward to the day when we can go with the both of them and have their love sealed for all eternity in the temple. We so appreciate Bishop Heaps for performing the ceremony. He did a wonderful job! It was his first wedding ceremony since becoming a bishop. We also appreciate all our family and friends that came from far and near to celebrate this happy occasion with us. Here we are - our new family picture!
